The following are the new policies that have been adopted to facilitate your safety, peace of mind, and in compliance with the new State guidelines. A temperature check will be mandatory when you arrive at the salon. Face masks will be mandatory to enter the salon, and will need to be worn at all times in my suite and in any common areas of Phenix. Touchless hand sanitizer dispensers will be provided at all entrances. Please sanitize upon entry. The entry doors of the salon will remain locked at all times, so please contact me on your cellphone when you arrive, and I will come escort you to the suite personally.
Due to physical distancing guidelines, I am not able to service more than one client at a time, therefore I will have to spread out all appointments. When booking online, please be sure to book all your desired services for your appointment. I will be servicing fewer clients a day, but extending my operating hours to allow more time between clients. When you come for your appointment, please do not bring any guests with you. The benches in the hallways will be removed by Phenix, as there is no more lingering around allowed. It is extremely important that everyone is on time for their appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule and there will be a cancellation fee.
Due to COVID-19, please inform me beforehand if you experience any symptoms, have been sick, or if you have been exposed to someone who has been sick. If so, you will need to reschedule your appointment for at least 10-14 days in the future. If you cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment there will be no charge. All late cancellations will be 50% and no shows 100% cancellation fee.
