Salon Safety

First time Clients are advised to disclose their hair history professional and any non-professional. Any Chemical damage (relaxers, henna, box dye, excessive bleaching), Heat damage, and Tension damage (weaves and  braids). These factors may prevent or affect our ability to perform certain services, or require additional services. Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions prior to your service, so we can do our best to accommodate all of your needs. 

We will do our best to accommodate for any existing damage and prevent excessive damage. However, we are not liable for damage or unexpected results that come from Client withholding relevant hair history. We have the right to refuse service to any person.

Due to safety considerations and limited space, children and  pets are not permitted in the salon

Booking Policy

Reservation requests are accepted via phone or our online booking system. Each service must be booked in order to block off enough time to complete each hair service you desire. Only services booked and confirmed will be completed at your appointment.  In order to secure reservation, Clients must use our online booking system and provide a credit/debit card on file. Credit/Debit card will only be accepted online thru our booking system to keep  clients information secure and confidential. 

No reservations will be accepted without providing a credit/debit card on file.

If a desired reservation time is not available you can request to be put on our wait/cancellation list. If the desired time becomes available, a temporary reservation will be placed and you will be contacted by our team. In order to confirm your reservation you must contact Rae Lynn Hair Studio. Your reservation will be held for three business hours before we continue down the list. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointments are very important  to Rae Lynn Hair Studio and are reserved just for you. Rae Lynn Studio has a 48 hour cancellation policy. If appointments are not cancelled 48 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged 50% of the services you booked. If you are a no show (cancel appointment 5 hours prior to your schedule appointment you will be charge the full amount of all services booked).

Confirmation Policy

A Confirmation email and text will be sent out to each client 3 days before your scheduled appointment. We are happy to provide confirmation as a courtesy to all of our clients. Please make sure we have the best contact number and email.

It is the Clients's responsibility to keep track of future reservations. If you are unsure of when your next appointment is please call, text, email, or check our online booking system.

We accept all major credit cards or cash.
